Deputy Director of Legislative Policy
Patrina Mosley is the Deputy Director of Legislative Policy at the National Center on Sexual Exploitation working to lead legislative efforts at the state and local level in consultation with the Director of Public Policy and working closely NCOSE Research Institute to contribute research and analysis regarding federal and state legislative options for upholding justice in the face sexual exploitation.
Patrina specializes in advocating for women and human dignity, specifically in matters of sex trafficking and pornography. Her policy analysis, cultural commentary, and public speaking are all inspired by the motivation to help others recognize the injustice taking place right in before their eyes and to bring justice and healing to the survivors of sexual exploitation.
Prior to joining NCOSE, Patrina served as an Advisor for human trafficking at USAID’s Combat Trafficking in Persons (C-TIP) team. She has testified in state legislatures about the harmful effects of the commercial sex trade, the influence of pornography to normalize violence against women, and its effect in increasing the demand for sex trafficking.
She attended Liberty University and has a Masters of Arts in Public Policy.
