Porn Tycoon, Steve Hirsch, threatening legal action against our president
I love that our efforts really get the porn industry riled up! Hardly a week goes by that they don’t target us in their industry publications. They seem to be scared that Morality in Media is dominating the news on pornography and setting the record straight on the harms associated with porn.Â
It is quite motivating to me to know that we’ve got them on edge all the time. We just keep winning battle after battle and there’s not much they can do to stop us because we have YOUR HELP and hundreds more are joining our ranks daily.Â
Here’s the latest scoop on how scared the industry is of our efforts. Last week
Steven Hirsch, founder of porn company Vivid Entertainment, issued a statement to the Republican party telling them to “catch up…porn is everywhere” so enforcement of obscenity laws is not needed. In response, our president, Pat Trueman, issued a statement saying, “Neither Republicans nor Democrats should be taking advice from a man whose business is sexually exploiting young girls for profit”. (I just want to throw this in the mix: Pat successfully directed prosecution efforts against Hirsch’s company for federal obscenity law violations in the 90’s!)Â
Well, now Hirsch is REALLY UPSET. He is threatening legal action against Pat for saying that Hirsch exploits young girls. (Apparently he is upset that we didn’t mention he exploits ‘old girls’ too?). See his press release today.
The truth is that porn DOES harm and there is so much proof that it does. We have nearly 1,000 articles divided by category, many of these are peer-reviewed research studies, that prove porn harms. There are thousands more articles out there saying the SAME THING, not to mention the millions of lives that have been harmed because of pornography.  Check out our website, www.
I just wanted to give you a heads up so you can enjoy the small victory too. Because so many are helping us set the record straight, the porn industry is having a hard time spreading it’s lies about the consequences of pornography. WE ARE GETTING SOMEWHERE AND THEY ARE NERVOUS ABOUT US!Â
Let’s keep it up!
