Meeghan Sheppard is an undergraduate student at Boise State University working to earn a B.S. in Political Science with an emphasis in International Relations and a minor in Chinese Language and Culture. Born and raised in Taichung, Taiwan, her unique background has contributed to her passion in life – fighting against human rights violations, specifically in the East Asian area. In the past, she has interned for U.S. Senator Mike Crapo and Governor of Idaho Brad Little, and these experiences have further impassioned her to help those in need.

In her free time, she enjoys embracing her Idahoan roots by learning skills like golfing, river-rafting, and country swing dance. In the future, she hopes to pursue a law degree.
