Victoria Hirsch

Legal Counsel

Tori Hirsch serves as legal counsel for the National Center on Sexual Exploitation. Tori is passionate about eliminating child sexual abuse and desires to use the law to better protect vulnerable populations.

Since she first learned about human trafficking in college, Tori has felt called to serve those negatively impacted by it, especially women and children. During her time in law school, she was involved with several anti-trafficking efforts, including being a staff member for Regent’s Center for Global Justice and an intern for the National Center on Sexual Exploitation. She also served as a Senior Editor on Regent’s Law Review, was a member of the Honor Council, and was as a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution board. More recently, she was state director for an innovative estate planning organization in the Northeast. There, she led a small, diverse team as they served churches and individuals with drafting their own Wills and Trusts.

Tori graduated from Regent University with an undergraduate degree in Government, and from Regent Law with her J.D. She is licensed to practice law in Maryland and New Hampshire.
