A Survivor is Speaking Out

Represented by the NCOSE Law Center, Jane Doe is now countersuing Andrew and Tristan Tate. The brothers have already been formally charged with sex trafficking, rape, and organized crime. Jane Doe’s lawsuit reiterates claims of sex trafficking, along with claims of defamation, malicious prosecution, and others.
The suit compiles over 100 pages of evidence of the Tates’ sex trafficking ventures—much of the evidence taken directly from the Tates’ own self-incriminating statements. All of this vindicates Jane Doe, demonstrating that all she did was tell the truth.
To put it simply: Jane only accused the Tates of things that they themselves have openly bragged about. Why are they suing her for saying the same things they said about themselves?
The Tates’ vicious harassment of Jane Doe is an egregious case of witness intimidation and lawfare.

Andrew Tate's Rise to Prominence
Andrew Tate is a British-American former kickboxing world champion, former reality TV star, pornographer, and social media personality. His father was a chess master and Andrew and his brother Tristan were raised in the US until their parents’ divorce, when they moved to Luton, England with his mother. More information on his early life and other background can be found here and here.
Eventually, Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan became notorious pornography pimps. When asked how he began his webcam pornography business, on a 2021 podcast Tate said “he was thinking, Maybe I could open a strip club, be a pimp, and, you know, be a gangster about it, when he came across a webcam ad.” He decided he could use his then 5 girlfriends to produce webcam pornography, which eventually became 75 women webcamming and living in his group houses.
Andrew Tate also admits to manipulating and deceiving women in order to induce them to produce pornography for his profit: “My job was to meet a girl, go on a few dates, sleep with her, test if she’s quality, get her to fall in love with me to where she’d do anything I say and then get her on webcam so we could become rich together,” he wrote on a prior webpage.
Other comments from Tate include:
- Women are responsible for being sexually assaulted.
- There’s “no such thing as an independent female”.
- Women are property; he should get his cut if a woman who “belongs” to him is on OnlyFans.
- “All men want robots!…There’s no such thing as too submissive.”
- Expressing displeasure after seeing a poster at Heathrow airport “encouraging girls to go on holiday as opposed to encouraging being a loving mother and a loyal wife”.
- “It’s bang out the machete, boom in her face and grip her by the neck. Shut up bitch,” if a woman accuses him of cheating.
- “…she cannot possibly leave me…I’m her everything…she has nowhere else to go…It’s like trying to take God away from a Christian…that’s how your woman has to think of you…You can do what the f*ck you want…”
Moneymaking Tactics & Philosophy
Tate created a number of courses designed to teach men how to manipulate women into falling in love with them, how to operate as a pimp/pornographer on OnlyFans and other webcam pornography websites (called OnlyFans Fortunes), and how to become rich (the latter is known as Hustlers University, and has gone through a number of iterations).
Hustler’s University appears to be something of a pyramid scheme, where students got a cut for any new student they recruited, and may be a key source of the Tates’ millions. A 2022 Buzzfeed News report found that Hustler’s University had only 12,000 subscribers in March 2022, which had expanded to over 200,000 paying a $49.99/month fee by October 2022.
Hustlers University
Tate and his brother, Tristan, are business partners. Tristan had a class called: “GodMode: the Elite Playboy Tactics of Tristan Tate.” On the website, Tristan noted the information was for War Room members only, and that he was “well known for running one of the top webcam studios in Europe.” In his GodMode video, Tristan says he used to run one of “Europe’s largest webcam studios” with 75 women “working for me and following every single order I gave them.”
Andrew Tate refers to having his “PhD” and offering a “PhD course”, which he said stood for “pimpin’ hoes degree.”
Tate also has a course on how to run a webcam business and how to recruit and control women in this business. He advises men on how to control the OnlyFans accounts. He tells men to use the woman’s photo and ID to verify but do it on the man’s phone, and says that if the man controls the account, the woman can’t leave.

Sex Trafficking Allegations
Tate said he liked eastern Europe, “because corruption is far more accessible.” He also said he moved to Romania because of the “#MeToo era… I am not a rapist, but I like the idea of being able to do what I want, I like being free.”
Andrew and his brother Tristan Tate were arrested for sex trafficking in December 2022. Romanian police seized nearly $4 million in luxury cars, jewelry and cash. The Guardian noted that the Tate compound was strangely isolated from other wealthy neighborhoods. There were reports of women being tattooed or branded with Tate’s name.
They were held in jail in Romania until late March, and have been on house arrest since. They were charged with human trafficking, rape, and forming and organized criminal group. In February 2023, Andrew Tate attempted to intimidate a key witness in the investigation by having lawyers send a cease-and-desist letter threatening to sue her for $300 million if she didn’t retract her allegations. The Tate brothers later sued this victim, her parents, and another witness against them in a Florida Court for $5 million.
At some point in his online career, Tate began referring to the “Matrix” as being some kind of shadowy global enterprise that would try to suppress him. He continues to blame his arrest and prosecution on this “Matrix.”
The Romanian investigation was expanded in June 2023 to include “human trafficking in continued form” a more severe crime.
Second sex trafficking investigation in Romania
Andrew Tate has been placed under house arrest by a Romanian judge, as prosecutors investigate new and serious allegations, including sex with a minor and trafficking underage persons. Tristan Tate was placed under special judicial control.
Prosecutors had asked the judge to remand the brothers in custody for 30 days while they continued a new investigation involving a total of 35 alleged victims, including a woman who was 15 years old at the time.
U.K. criminal charges and civil lawsuits
A Romanian Court approved an extradition request by the United Kingdom to face allegations of sexual aggression spanning back a decade. The Court ordered that the Tate Brothers will be extradited to the U.K. following facing trial in Romania for charges of human trafficking, rape, and forming an organized criminal group to exploit women.
In a statement from local police force north of London, where Tate used to live, said it had obtained a European arrest warrant.
“As part of an ongoing investigation into allegations of rape and human trafficking, Bedfordshire Police has obtained a European Arrest Warrant for two men in their 30s,” it read. “We are working with authorities in Romania as part of this investigation.” That case dates back to 2012-2015.
Separately, four of Tate’s alleged victims in the U.K. have set up a crowdfunding site to cover their legal costs in a civil case they are pursuing against him. They had reported Tate to British authorities for alleged sexual violence, but their claims did not advance to prosecution.
“We filed complaints with the authorities for rape and physical abuse in 2014 and 2015 alongside witness testimony and damning documentary evidence. The CPS [Crown Prosecution Service] then decided not to take the matter any further,” their website says. “It’s our one remaining route to hold him accountable.”
