April 10 Prayer Alert

I hope you had a wonderful week. Over the past month, many of our prayer team members have contacted us with encouraging notes and written prayers. Thank you for taking the time to continually think of us, pray for us and encourage us. It has continued to sustain our team and motivate each of our staff members to keep pressing on in this fight. So keep up the great work, because our prayer warriors are very important to us.

Below are our current prayer needs:

This month we are launching our “Cosmo Harms Minors” campaign. Cosmopolitan Magazine has been on our Dirty Dozen List for the past few years and we plan to rejuvenate the movement with this press conference at the National Press Club in a few short weeks. We ask that you pray over our speakers and their presentations, over the media coverage we will be getting and over all of the conference materials that are needed to make the event a great success.

In addition, this summer we are hosting a briefing on Capitol Hill that will detail the Public Health Crisis of pornography. This event is tailored to educate and inform members of Congress that the harms of pornography have now moved beyond the individual level and moved to a larger, societal problem. We ask that you pray over the meetings we will have with Senators and Representatives prior to the briefing. We also ask for you to pray that many will be able to attend the event and join our movement to protect men, women and children from exploitation.

Lastly, we have received notice of a few situations that need immediate prayer. One of which is about a home that is actively making pornography and forcing the children of the home to watch. Another is about a serious trafficking incident, where loved ones have been pulled into the trafficking industry. Please join us in prayer for these two situations specifically. We are asking for God’s protection and ultimate deliverance for the children that are in the home and for the ones that have recently been trafficked.

Thank you again for being a part of our team and we pray you have a blessed week!
