Dani Pinter, Esq.

Dani Pinter, Esq. serves as Chief Legal Officer and Director of the NCOSE Law Center. In this role, Dani plays a key role in NCOSE’s advocacy strategy and oversees NCOSE’s litigation department, appellate advocacy, and public policy work.  

Dani speaks regularly on a variety of exploitation topics, with a special focus on protecting youth in a digital age and legal remedies for survivors of exploitation and abuse. Dani appeared in the Netflix documentary, “Money Shot: The Pornhub Story,” and the 60 Minutes Australia documentary, “Inside Andrew Tate’s ‘cult’” that breeds toxic masculinity among young boys.” She is a sought-after legal expert on sex trafficking issues and has been quoted in The New York Times, USA Today,  ABC News, CBS News, NBC News, Associated Press, Reuters, Bloomberg Law, BBC, CNN, Fox News, HuffPost, Cosmopolitan, Newsweek, New York Post, Courthouse News Service, and Washington Examiner. Dani is also the co-host of NCOSE’s Ending Sexploitation podcast with Haley McNamara. 

Before joining NCOSE, Dani’s passion for human rights led her to Regent University School of Law. Upon acceptance, Dani received the Wilberforce Award, a full academic scholarship for those with human rights interests. While at Regent, Dani was in the Honors Program, a member of the Moot Court Board, the Journal of Global Justice and Public Policy, and the Student Bar Association. During her studies, Dani interned with the American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ) and the Florida Attorney General’s Office of Statewide Prosecution. 

Prior to law school, Dani worked as a government relations intern for multiple DC policy organizations and graduated from the University of Central Florida with dual degrees in Psychology and Marketing.
