Addicted for 38 years, free from it for 8

I was sexually abused by my babysitter, then discovered porn and found it a gateway to
other sexual behaviors. After 38 years sought treatment for 6 weeks and have
been free and clear for 8 years from all sexual acting out. How did I do it ? I
helped others that came after me seeking help to find freedom.
