WASHINGTON, DC (March 4, 2025) – The National Center on Sexual Exploitation (NCOSE) lauded Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier for opening a criminal investigation into Andrew and Tristan Tate.
The National Center on Sexual Exploitation Law Center (NCOSE) represents American citizen Jane Doe and others being sued by Andrew and Tristan Tate for their witness testimony in the Romanian sex trafficking investigation. Doe filed a countersuit against the Tate brothers – the first U.S. civil case against them. (Learn more about the Tate brothers here.)
“Florida AG Uthmeier is right to criminally investigate the Tate brothers who have publicly boasted about exploiting women yet have continuously sought to undermine the Romanian investigation into these crimes. Over 40 victims have been identified across Romania, the United Kingdom, and the United States. They deserve justice. Florida’s investigation is a positive step towards justice realized,” said Dani Pinter, Senior Vice President and Director of the Law Center at the National Center on Sexual Exploitation.
The National Center on Sexual Exploitation Law Center is available as a resource for anyone who has experienced sexual exploitation in connection to Andrew Tate or other facets of the commercial sex industry. The NCOSE Law Center has been fighting for justice for survivors who have experienced sex trafficking or abuse, and currently represents survivors of sexual exploitation in litigation against X (formerly Twitter), Pornhub, XVideos, and XHamster.
