A national anti-pornography organization is calling on local citizens to take an active role to help advance the campaign.
Katherine Blakeman, communications manager for the National Center on Sexual Exploitation, tells OneNewsNow what this week’s annual White Ribbon Against Pornography (WRAP) campaign is all about.
“We see that this has become in its 30 years of existence — this is the 30-year anniversary of the WRAP Week campaign — people have made this into a national phenomenon,” she accounts. “But really, it’s effective on the local level, with your local community, your neighbors, your church, [and] your friends.”
