A library official called at 11:10 a.m. to speak to an officer about a man who uses computers at Tracy Library, 20 E. Eaton Ave., to look at pornography. The caller said library officials asked him to leave a week ago because he was looking at porn next to young girls. The caller said he was also harassing teenage girls outside the library while they waited for rides. Police checked and said no crime had been committed, but advised library officials to call if they needed assistance.
