Jane Doe did the right thing. And for that, Andrew and Tristan Tate are suing her.
It all started when Jane Doe, a 20-year-old American woman, met Tristan Tate, brother and “business” partner of social media personality Andrew Tate. Tristan and Jane forged what she thought was a deep connection. He told Jane she was exactly the kind of woman he was looking for.
Believing they were in love, Jane agreed to fly to Romania to live with Tristan … but when she arrived, she quickly realized things weren’t right.
Tristan put her in a house with several other women, most of whom were evidently creating content on OnlyFans. The women appeared malnourished, overworked, and unhappy. One of them told Jane that she feared for her life if she ever shared what she knew about the Tate brothers. Another woman said she had never been paid for the “work” she’d done for the Tates.
The terrifying truth slowly sunk in: Jane Doe had been lured into a sex trafficking operation.
Jane decided to flee the Tates’ house in the middle of the night, along with another woman desperate to escape. Meanwhile, she shared her fears with her parents and a friend—a United States Marine. As a soldier trained to spot signs of human trafficking this brave Marine knew he had to call for help even though Jane Doe was worried it would make things worse.
The U.S. Embassy in Romania was called and the next day the Tate Brothers’ compound was raided by the Romanian authorities. Jane Doe and another woman, Mary Doe, were rescued. Jane Doe cooperated with the authorities in their investigation and described what she witnessed and experienced.
And now, because she did that—because she tried to help and did the right thing—the Tates have waged a campaign to ruin her life.
Jane has been persecuted, harassed, and defamed in the most vile ways by the Tates. They have spread outrageous lies about her to the public. They have filed baseless lawsuits, suing her and her parents for millions of dollars.
To this day, Jane lives in hiding, terrified for her life if the Tates ever find her.
But now, Jane is fighting back.

Survivor Jane Doe Countersues the Tate Brothers
Represented by the NCOSE Law Center, Jane Doe is now countersuing Andrew and Tristan Tate. The brothers have already been formally charged with sex trafficking, rape, and organized crime. Jane Doe’s lawsuit reiterates claims of sex trafficking, along with claims of defamation, malicious prosecution, and others.
The suit compiles over 100 pages of evidence of the Tates’ sex trafficking ventures—much of the evidence taken directly from the Tates’ own self-incriminating statements. All of this vindicates Jane Doe, demonstrating that all she did was tell the truth.
To put it simply: Jane only accused the Tates of things that they themselves have openly bragged about. Why are they suing her for saying the same things they said about themselves?
The Tates’ vicious harassment of Jane Doe is an egregious case of witness intimidation and lawfare.

A History of the Tates’ Self-Incrimination
For years, Andrew and Tristan Tate have publicly boasted about actions that amount to sex trafficking. Here is a brief summary of some of the brothers’ self-incriminating statements.
The Tates are Self-Proclaimed Pimps
When asked how he began his webcam pornography business, Andrew Tate said “he was thinking, Maybe I could open a strip club, be a pimp, and, you know, be a gangster about it, when he came across a webcam ad.” He decided he could use his then 5 girlfriends to produce webcam pornography, which eventually became 75 women webcamming and living in his group houses.
He further said, “I get called a pimp a lot, but I, and the reason I use the term is because I don’t see it as a negative term. I see it as positively inspirational and motivating person [P.I.M.P.] I was.”
Andrew and Tristan Tate became business partners in their alleged sex trafficking schemes on OnlyFans and other webcam sites.
The Tates Sold Courses on Their Sex Trafficking Methods
The Tates created a number of courses designed to teach men their methods that amounted to sex trafficking.
Andrew Tate referred to one of his courses as a “PhD course,” which he said stood for “pimpin’ hoes degree.” In these courses, Andrew taught men how to manipulate women into falling in love with them, exploit that love to coerce them into creating content on webcam pornography sites, and then defraud the women out of most or all of their money. He says, “You’re effectively taking girls, teaching them how to make unlimited money from home, and making sure they give it all to you.”
Meanwhile, Tristan Tate had a class called “GodMode: The Elite Playboy Tactics of Tristan Tate.” In his GodMode video, Tristan talks about running one of “Europe’s largest webcam studios” with 75 women “working for me and following every single order I gave them.”
The Tates Used the “Lover boy” Method, a Classic Sex Trafficking Tactic
Sex trafficking is not always a person being kidnapped, held in chains, or forced at gunpoint to commit sex acts. Far more often, sex trafficking involves more subtle means of coercion and psychological manipulation.
A well-established sex trafficking technique is the “lover boy” method, in which the trafficker controls his victims by getting them to fall in love with him. The Tates were masters of the lover boy method. This is the method Tristan Tate used to lure Jane Doe to Romania.
The complaint in Jane Doe’s lawsuit contains numerous text message exchanges the Tates had with women, many at the same time, where each woman was promised that she had the Tates’ total love and affection, that they were in an exclusive relationship, that they would get married, and more. But it was all lies. Several women were being told the same thing all at once.
Andrew Tate openly described his use of the lover boy method on his own website, though the page has since been deleted. He said, “My job was to meet a girl, go on a few dates, sleep with her, test if she’s quality, get her to fall in love with me to where she’d do anything I say and then get her on webcam so we could become rich together.” Yet while the Tates made promises of becoming rich together, the truth was they took all or most of the women’s money.
Andrew Tate also instructed others on using the lover boy method in his courses, emphasizing how important it was for controlling women:
“You have to f**k the girls. You cannot do a purely professional business relationship with a female. It doesn’t work. If you’re not f**king the girl, she is f*king someone else. And that other person is gonna have the control over her mind.”
The Tates Used Fraud and Coercion, Meeting the Legal Definition of Sex Trafficking
The legal definition of sex trafficking, which is described as using “force, fraud, or coercion to cause a person to engage in commercial sex,” which includes pornography (18 U.S.C. § 1591(a)). In addition to employing coercion through the lover boy method, the Tates openly advertised their use of fraud. For example, in his Webcam Course, Andrew Tate instructs:
“Tax is also another important element for controlling your woman. You’re not gonna pay anyone in tax because you’re getting paid in Bitcoin. You don’t need to pay a tax to anybody. But you need to tell your girl that you’re paying the tax. Cuz girls are lazy, and girls are stupid, and girls don’t understand how taxes work … So, I used to pay my girls 30%. So, for every $10,000 they made, I’d give them 3 and I’d keep 7. They thought they were on 50%, and I said that the, disparity, it was because of taxes.”
The Tates Isolated Their Victims to Control Them
In another classic move of abusers, the Tates sought to isolate their victims. This means other people can’t speak into the victim’s experience, helping her see she’s being abused.
The Tates regularly placed restrictions on where Jane Doe and the other women could go and who they could talk to.
Andrew Tate described this isolation tactic at an event where he was training other men his sex trafficking methods:
Question from the audience: “Can you talk a bit more about that? How the restrictions and the boundaries you put on a woman, on who she can talk to, where she can go, and these kinds of things?”
Andrew Tate: “Yeah, absolutely … If she has like a really strong social circle and she really insists on seeing them, they’re going to have a big influence over her and it is in your best interest to get her away from that social circle. . . You don’t want her out, whatever saying whoever. And women can’t shut the f**k up either. They will talk your business, they’ll give their side of the story only, you’re a bad guy now and ‘my husband wouldn’t do that’ even though the b**ch is lying just to try and flex. But it gets in her head so you have to try and isolate them from those things. And things we’ve talked about thus far like selling the dream, adding excitement, her never catching you slipping, all of these things tie into isolating her and taking her away from outside influences. Every outside influence is your enemy, all of them. . . .”
