WASHINGTON, DC (October 15, 2026) – The National Center on Sexual Exploitation Law Center’s lawsuit filed by two sex trafficking survivors against OnlyFans was allowed to proceed on sex trafficking claims.
“Our survivor plaintiffs are seeking justice from OnlyFans for ignoring its own policies concerning reports and indicators that our plaintiffs were being sex trafficked through the platform. We welcome the court’s ruling that allows the plaintiffs’ sex trafficking claims to proceed past the motion to dismiss,” said Dani Pinter, Chief Legal Officer and Director of the National Center on Sexual Exploitation Law Center.
Represented by the NCOSE Law Center, plaintiffs L.C. and P.H. sued OnlyFans for allegedly facilitating and benefiting from sex trafficking. When L.C. and P.H. met model and TV personality Brittanya Razavi, they were both financially desperate and vulnerable young women. L.C. was homeless. P.H. was an immigrant who had recently lost her job. The plaintiffs allege that Brittanya groomed L.C. and P.H. into joining OnlyFans under her “management,” and took almost all of the plaintiffs’ money, controlling their accounts and adding her own bank details. They further allege that they were plied with alcohol and coerced to perform sex acts that they refused to do while sober.
OnlyFans’ policies explicitly prohibit third-party-controlled accounts, yet the plaintiffs allege that Brittanya’s bank account information was added to multiple accounts. The plaintiffs argue this was not only a clear indication that she was violating the platform’s policies, but it was also a major red flag for sex trafficking. The Plaintiffs allege that rather than enforce its own policies and refuse to facilitate sex trafficking, OnlyFans instead took a 20% cut of the proceeds from this sex trafficking venture.
“OnlyFans had a responsibility to not only enforce its own policies but to refuse to partner with a sex trafficker seeking to profit from the exploitation of the plaintiffs on its platform. This ruling is one step closer to justice for our two plaintiffs,” Pinter said.
OnlyFans has been on NCOSE’s Dirty Dozen List of mainstream contributors to sexual exploitation.
The NCOSE Law Center has been fighting for justice for survivors who have experienced sex trafficking or abuse, and currently represents survivors of sexual exploitation in litigation against X (formerly Twitter), Pornhub, XVideos, XHamster, and OnlyFans.
